On-shore Engineering Support

Our onshore facility in Bangladesh is a world class multi-user facility that can accommodate a host of marine related onshore support activities. The facility has a considerable warehouse with fully furnished offices. With significant water frontage, the facility is an ideal location for vessel modification projects, mobilisation and demobilisation scopes and as a staging area for offshore projects.

Marine Project Management

We have a dedicated Engineering Services division and Major Projects Group that are deployed across the globe to deliver quality results on some of the most challenging marine projects. Our high performing project teams coordinate the following services and utilise our experience vessel operations group and marine personnel to provide operational insight as required.

Key service areas:

Marine spreads –provide management oversight to a Client’s entire marine requirements including managing a combination of MMA owned vessels, third party vessel owners with vessels on bareboat or Supplytime charters.
Integrated marine logistics – our project team can combine our vessel service offering with onshore facility support, depending on the client’s requirements and geographic locations. The project team can facilitate third party onshore support if required.
Vessel projects – we provide management and/or construction supervision services for third party vessel mobilisation scopes, modification projects and dockings. We also provide project management for newbuild projects and construction supervision services.

Engineering & Technical Management Services

By working closely with our clients to identify the safe, reliable and efficient marine solutions we are able to provide marine sight and input to clients’ R&D projects. These projects are all investigating introducing new marine technology and operational practices into Bangladesh. Our role as the operations expert is to provide marine insight and operational guidance.

We have experience developing computerised and manual maintenance systems that integrate all the maintenance requirements of a vessel and its specific equipment. Our maintenance approach centres on optimizing the operational performance of the asset.
